September Classes

In the Presence Meditation
7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Wednesday, September 8
With Debra Baker
This meditation provides the opportunity to go into a deep, deep experience of the Presence. Meditation does wonderful things to our human bodies, giving them vital time to revitalize and heal themselves. At the same time, our souls experience their real, true selves, going to the place inside that is timeless and eternal. After the meditation, there will be a sacred prayer circle to share and honor one another’s prayer intentions. You’ll experience such serenity you won’t want it to end. Love offering.
Debra Darpel Baker has been helping people to heal their lives for 20 years as a spiritual counselor, energy worker, Reiki Master and teacher. She is a gifted medium and intuitive whose readings have been described as “life changing,” “profound,” and “extremely accurate.”
Managing Thoughts for Personal Transformation
7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Thursday, September 9
With Joey Klein
Losing weight . . . Getting in shape . . . Organizing yourself . . . Getting out of debt . . . Spending more time with family . . .
How many New Year’s resolutions and self improvement programs have you started and not completed? Perhaps they are incomplete due to:
- Your mind is not totally on board with the thought of making a change.
- How you feel emotionally about how your life has unfolded.
For example, there are times when we may start a program to get in shape. Will the program get you in shape if you follow it? Absolutely. Does that mean you’re going to do it? Not necessarily.
We may not complete the program because our mind is focused on thoughts such as:
- I’m so out of shape, overweight, unattractive; I’m not worth the effort.
- I have too much to do; It’s too hard; it’s taking too long; This isn’t fun.
Focusing on the body before you focus on the mind and emotions is not going to give you the results you are looking for because the mind and emotions will derail you. If you desire more positive results, come hear Joey Klein speak on how the mind works and how to manage your thoughts to support your success in any endeavor. Joey’s internal development method will show you why you are where you are, and how to shift thoughts, belief structures and concepts to cultivate peace in your mind and inner self. The method is lasting and can teach you to succeed at personal transformation.
Joey Klein is the founder of the Institute of Transformational Studies (ITS). He is a dynamic speaker and a teacher of proven personal growth methods that truly transform lives. He brings his audiences an eclectic body of work formulated from many philosophical and spiritual traditions around the world. He has been teaching and speaking internationally since 2000, including a presentation before the United Nations in Thailand during an international peace summit.
