Congregational Care Report

November 19, 2017

We see perfect the wholeness of Nancy Vobejda who underwent orthopedic surgery on Monday.  We know that the love and light that is God surrounds and indwells every cell and fiber of her being.  We see her recovery going smoothly and her smiling face back at the welcome desk soon.

We know God’s perfect support and guidance of Cindy Tooley-Thomas and her mother Nancy Tooley as they walk through some challenging decisions.  We know divine guidance is always present and the peace beyond understanding indwells their hearts.

We are grateful to all those who participated in making our annual Fall Faith circle basket auction.  The baskets were fabulous and we raised over $2,000 for UCOP.  Thank you everyone!

Deb Mathine is seeking more volunteers for UCOP’s Feed the Hungry outreach.  We know that the answer to the call to serve is a powerful expression of the Christ within and those who serve bless not only others but themselves. We are grateful to each one of you. You can reach Deb at debmathine@hotmail.com.

We know perfect Wholeness as Joy Jones recovers from her second cataract surgery.  We know that her vision is clear and she is enjoying her whole new view of life!

Kim Morrow has lost her ride home from work at Unity Village. We know divine Guidance brings forth the perfect solution and we hold Kim in love and light as she deals with this transition. On a practical note, if anyone is going from the Unity Village/Lee’s Summit area to Overland Park during the week between 4:30 and 5pm, a ride would be deeply appreciated.

Dan Rogers has been admitted to Azria Nursing Home in Olathe and would love to have visitors.  We know Peace for Dan as he settles into this next journey in life, knowing he is surrounded by the love of God. We know Divine Order in the process of clearing his apartment.
