Prosperity in Action - Growing through Giving

What is prosperity? Is prosperity more than money? What role does ownership and commitment play in living a life of abundance? How does being involved in my church community impact me, my family, my community and the world? To answer these questions, a Prosperity In Action Team has been formed: Blake Williamson (chair), Danielle Keith, Shelby Bretton, Shirley Hill, Patti Klinge, Ellis Megee and Reverend Bob Barth (staff liaison). This team is committed to:

• promoting the spiritual growth of our spiritual community by teaching the value of giving of time, talent and treasures
• educating our spiritual community about prosperity consciousness and how it creates abundance for us, our families, and the ministry
• empowering congregants through ownership and involvement in our spiritual community

• In November we had a positive cash flow of $28,772.69
• Our website had 122,375 hits in November (up 5,261 from October)
• Fall Faith brought in over $30,000 for the manifestation of our 4 priorities
• “The Art & Practice of Living with Nothing and No One Against You” workshop with Rev. Dr. Gary Simmons and Rima Bonario had 57 in attendance
• Rev. Patricia had an article in Unity’s 2011 Advent booklet (December 6, 2011)
• Our musical Christmas Program had 157 people in attendance
• Our Christmas Eve Candlelighting Services had a total of 1,189 in attendance
