• Pick up donuts from donor and deliver to UCOP Sunday mornings
• Retrieve donut container from church after hospitality is complete

• Setting of tables for both services
• Prepare donuts and other food; prepare coffee & other drinks

• Serve during memorial services as ushers and greeters

Sanctuary Preparation Team - make ready God’s house for all who enter

• Straighten and fill pew boxes with offering envelopes, prayer request forms, welcome cards, kleenex packs and pens
• Current opportunities include Team Leader, one person to perform preparation after the first Sunday service and one person to perform preparation before / after holiday services, memorials and weddings that fall on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Serve one or more days per month for 2 hours

Screens / Lights Team - shine light and inspiration upon our Sunday Celebration and special services

• Ability to multitask and work in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Mindfully operate service PowerPoint screens and lighting system
• Serve one or more Sundays per month during both 9 & 11 a.m., or during special services for one or two hours

• Duplicate and/or sell CDs of the services - training provided
• Affix labels to CDs as needed
